Warranty Policy
At Auradine, we are dedicated to providing high-performance, energy-efficient Teraflux™ Bitcoin mining systems engineered in the United States for industrial-scale reliability and sustainability. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms, coverage, and procedures for all Auradine hardware products. By purchasing or using our equipment, you accept the terms described below.
1. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise specified in writing (e.g., in your purchase agreement or product documentation), all Auradine Teraflux™ ASIC mining systems are covered by a 12-month limited hardware warranty, commencing on the date of delivery to the customer.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty applies solely to defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal, intended use within the warranty period, including:
- Manufacturing defects in components or assembly
- Hardware failures not attributable to external factors or user actions
- Malfunctions occurring within the product’s specified operating parameters
If a qualifying defect is verified, Auradine will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected unit as detailed in Section 4.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty excludes damage, defects, or failures caused by:
- Mishandling, accidents, drops, improper installation, or physical abuse
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or alterations
- Overclocking, undervolting, incorrect voltage/power supply usage, or electrical surges
- Exposure to moisture, liquids, dust (especially conductive or corrosive), smoke, extreme temperatures, or unsuitable environments
- Burn marks, PCB damage, short circuits, or signs of misuse/overheating
- Normal wear and tear on consumable components (e.g., fans, cables, thermal interface materials)
- Operation outside recommended environmental, electrical, or power specifications
- Damage during return transportation due to inadequate packaging
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not extend to secondary owners or resold units.
4. Warranty Claim Process
Step 1: Contact Support

Provide the following:
- Order number or invoice reference
- Product model and serial number
- Detailed description of the issue, including symptoms and conditions of use
- Clear photos and/or video evidence of the problem
Step 2: RMA Authorization
If the claim is preliminarily approved, Auradine will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Return the Product
- Package the unit securely using original or equivalent materials to prevent transit damage
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Auradine specifies otherwise in writing
- Damage incurred during return shipping due to improper packaging may result in denial of the claim
Step 4: Inspection & Resolution
Upon receipt, the product undergoes thorough diagnostic evaluation. Auradine may:
- Repair the original unit
- Replace it with a comparable or refurbished equivalent
- Provide an upgraded replacement (subject to availability and product lifecycle)
Processing times depend on parts availability, diagnostic results, and service volume. Auradine aims for efficient resolution to minimize operational downtime.
5. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Loss of mining revenue, operational downtime, or lost profits
- Issues related to software, firmware, configuration, or network/pool settings
- Hashrate variations due to blockchain difficulty adjustments, pool dynamics, ambient conditions, or external factors
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not impair functionality
Auradine provides no assurances regarding mining profitability, ROI, cryptocurrency market conditions, or network performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Auradine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the defective product
- Use of Bitcoin mining hardware involves inherent technical, operational, financial, and market risks, which the purchaser assumes fully
7. Policy Updates
Auradine reserves the right to revise or update this Warranty Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on auradine.com. Continued use or possession of Auradine products after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
